Winter protection: no protection. Microclimate: warm microclimate, approximately 1 foot off a south facing wall. Temperature: refer to 2000-2001 winters on this chart Findings: the plant died, it showed damage when temperatures dropped below 19F. |

November 27, 2000 - here's the plant as of November 27, 2000. The plant appears to be highly damaged already. The low temperatures without snow cover has been 12F, 12F, and 14F so far. There did not appear to be any damage after a 19F night. |
